Have you been (really really) good this year?

Herewith… the most epic appliances you deserve…

Florence-based Officine Gullo prides itself on centuries-old craftsmanship techniques.

When describing their design process, they say "A “score” is composed here, which will be performed by our orchestra of master craftspeople." The company also describes itself as the "antiques of tomorrow."

The OG line (aptly named) begins around $20,000, while the beauty pictured above can set you back $100,000.

Almost unlimited customization options (3,000 colors!), including custom widths, L'Atelier Paris ranges are showstopping yet timeless. We may be partial to this brand, as we both share a Fleur de Lis in our logo, and we are both meticulous.

Each range is custom built to order, with no plastics or "high tech" pieces.

Their ranges begin around $16,000 and go up from there. One architect commissioned a 30' cooking unit that was close to $200,000.

Perhaps the most well-known luxury range, La Cornue, is the tried-and-true statement piece in a kitchen. Founder Albert Dupuy debuted the first convection oven in 1908. Interestingly, Dupuy was able to introduce the gas ranges at the time that Paris was snaking gas lines under the streets- for the first time into homes and for street lights.

La Cornue has just introduced a new combination gas/electric RCC option.

“The result of four years of research and development, the RCC (Radiation, Convection, and Conduction) disc now provides all our gas stoves with even more consistent and flavourful cooking. Its combination of a circular burner and an enameled cast iron disc creates one oven with three possible cooking modes: radiation (heat is reflected on the internal walls), convection (homogeneous circulation of air around the dish), and conduction (direct simmering on the disc).”

British brand AGA also prides itself on local heritage with bold patriotism and identity.

With a glossy enamel exterior and cast iron interior, the company claims that its gentle, radiant heat delivers better-tasting food.

Multiple ovens with multiple temperatures are an entertainer's dream.

Prices begin in the $20,000 range.

Bon Appetit!
